Business PDF Writer is a virtual printer to create PDF document from any printable application. This utility allows you to perform various settings to create quality PDF output file. Utility is supported on Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008 platform.
Features: This is a very simple and easy to use operation to create your PDF file. Anyone who knows how to use a computer can easily create PDF file using this application. Open document for which you want to create a PDF file, click on print menu, select Business Printer from the list and click ok. Using PDF info, you can change the document properties of PDF files such as author, title, subject, keywords, creator, producer and PDF version information.
Application includes other features like PDF Compress, PDF Layout, PDF Split & Merge, PDF Encrypt & Decrypt but these features are not supported in the free version. PDF content protection with access control options, set properties to prevents PDF documents from being modified, copied, converted, printed, signed, and assembled, provide PDF 128-bit encryption and decryption, Automatic font embedding into PDF files, PDF compatibility setting for Adobe Acrobat Reader from version 3 to 6 are available. Though software claims that it supports many features but not all of them could be assessed as free trial software has limited functionality supported.
